Who's behind this

Valmiki JS spent his 20s flying around the world teaching immersive tech bootcamps for Credit Suisse, UBS, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Microsoft. Graduate-level training programs, 3 to 7 weeks long, across the US, Europe, and Asia. He later served as VP of Product at a blockchain fintech startup, where he built the team and translated a chaotic founder's vision into a product that actually shipped.

That's the tech side. He also lived off-grid in the California mountains as a Lakota ceremony firekeeper, ran 300+ daily guided intention and gratitude sessions on Zoom during COVID for 120+ people, photographed a Tony Award-winning Broadway show, holds a yoga teaching certification, and chose where to live using astrocartography.

The tech background means he understands AI adoption and what it does to people firsthand. He built an AI system that runs his entire business: research, content creation, logistics, orchestration. The wellness background means he's not theorizing about practices. He's done them, daily, for years. Ceremonies and meditation and movement and all of it.

FSH comes from that intersection: someone who can hold a room of 150 people in morning intention practice and also architect a decentralized securities platform, and who understands both sides from the inside, not from reading about them.

Why this exists

AI is closing the capacity gap fast. Research, drafting, analysis, code. The downstream tasks that used to take years of human skill are increasingly handled by machines. Workers report 77% increased workload from AI tools. Heavy AI users burn out at 88% higher rates.

But closing the capacity gap doesn't make people happier. The hedonic treadmill spins faster when AI accelerates the cycle of want, get, adapt, want more. The skills that break this cycle are upstream: emotional clarity, good judgment, connection, creative thinking. AI can't train those. We can.

FSH trains the human skills that stay valuable as AI takes over the rest. We use published research, validated instruments, and we measure before and after. Not apps. Not retreats. Not corporate wellness theater. In-person training delivered through workshops and structured programs, deep enough to change behavior.

What makes this different

We don't do fruit bowls and ergonomic assessments. The University of Illinois ran the largest workplace wellness RCT ever (n=4,834) and found no significant effects from typical corporate wellness programs. FSH is built differently.

Evidence-based, transparently

Every practice comes from published peer-reviewed research. We cite effect sizes. Where the evidence is strong, we say so. Where it's thin or extrapolated, we say that too. ~305 sources across our curriculum, drawn from meta-analyses and randomized trials, not pop science books.

Measured, not felt

Participants take validated clinical instruments before and after: PHQ-9, GAD-7, Copenhagen Burnout Inventory, BCSQ-12. We publish results. If something doesn't move the needle, we change it or drop it.

Built for this moment

Standard wellness programs were designed for a world before AI changed how work works. We address the specific problems AI creates: task expansion, blurred boundaries, the always-on expectation, career fear, social erosion. The SAMHSA 8 Dimensions of Wellness framework gives us the structure. AI-driven work problems give us the focus.

In-person, in a room, with other humans

The practices are free on YouTube. People pay for the container: structure, facilitation, accountability, the experience of being in a room doing the work together. Screens are part of the problem we're addressing.

How we teach

Enrollment before instruction.

Before teaching a practice, people need to see why it matters. Not through data slides. Through a guided journey that shifts how they think about their situation.

Body first.

Start with the nervous system. If someone isn't in their body, no cognitive reframe is going to land. Every workshop starts with embodiment, not information.

Container over content.

Research confirms that paying itself drives completion (not just selection effects). CrossFit charges $110-200/month vs $40/month gyms because community accountability is the product. We build containers worth paying for.

Honest about limits.

Burnout is not a personal failure. Loneliness is not just a perception problem. We teach individual practices because that's what we can do in a workshop. But we name the systemic factors honestly rather than pretending breathing techniques solve structural problems.
